Neil D. Jamieson, Jr.

Neil Jamieson has been a partner with Prescott Jamieson Murphy Law Group, LLC in Saco, Maine since 1991.

Attorney Jamieson has spent his twenty-eight year legal career aggressively and successfully fighting for his clients. Neil has developed a wealth of experience as a trial lawyer regarding all aspects of complex family rights cases including: divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, economic valuations, property distribution, executive divorce, domestic partnerships, gay and lesbian divorce, domestic violence and harassment cases and parental alienation.

Neil, along with his partner Dana Prescott, has written and published “Divorce in Maine:  The Legal Process, Your Rights and What to Expect.”
